The poor dog you see in this plastic tub was found recently by the roadside in Columbia, Maryland, the lid removed before the photo was taken.
The pit bull was only ten weeks old and was left to die. Jill Eberhart and her son, Thomas, saw the huge container lying on the side of the road and were lucky enough to choose what was inside.
I can’t imagine how they felt when they saw the wretched puppy curled up in it.
While waiting for animal control, Jill and Thomas gave the puppy water to drink.
The puppy is soon named Eddy and is being cared for by Taylor Hawkins, an animal handler and handler.
Hawkins takes Eddy home every night to supply him with medication (and much-needed TLC).
Eddy recovered extremely quickly, now he looks very strong, look at the pictures.
He no longer looks like the poor creature we saw in that plastic tub!
Oh, those soft ears!
The best part about Eddy’s story is that he was actually adopted! The investigation into Eddy being left on the side of the road continues.
The wicked person(s) who made this request will be discovered and punished.
