Abandoned Mother Dog “Almost” Fell Into The Hands Of Death After A Difficult Birth On The Roadside

Social development does not mean improved quality of life for dogs. Over the past decade, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are 200 million street dogs in almost every city worldwide. The problem of stray animals is accurate, and so are the dangers and lack of safety they face.
